Optional "Express Delivery" (Recommended)

You can have your goods sent by Express Delivery for a small charge of only £5.95 per parcel (up to 10kg). This will be a guaranteed next working day delivery to any address of your choice, as long as you place your order early in the day (usually before 2 p.m.). You will be emailed your own tracking number as soon as your goods are shipped out of one of our warehouses. Tick the box when you are ordering (last page of the ordering process. *Some parts of the U.K (e.g. Shetland Islands,Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) do not offer next (working) day delivery, so please allow 3-4 working days instead.

Before signing for your goods make sure all items are in the box. No liability will be accepted later. Uncollected or returned goods will incur a re-shipping charge. Please note that orders after 2:00 p.m Friday will leave the SlimGum warehouse on Monday. SlimGum does not ship out anything on the weekend.

Please make sure you are going to be in at the delivery address, which can be any address of your choice, specified at checkout. Please note that for security reasons, this address will need to be an address "relevant" to you. All goods shipped will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in, a card should be left for you to collect your goods from your local depots. We use the word "should" with caution as invariably some individual postmen/courier drivers are not as efficient as they should be! Unfortunately this is one aspect of the industry over which we have no control. If you have placed an order and have not received it within a maximum of 10 days, please get in touch with us.

Uncollected goods from the post office or courier depot. will incur a re-shipping and admin charge. If you want to cancel, exchange or refund anything, we will gladly do so under our Terms and Conditions.
